I had been struggling for over four years to navigate the maze of federal requirements to be approved for the public-service student loan reduction/forgiveness program. ADVANSSE explained everything (how to negotiate the fed's initial denial), quickly filed all the forms and helped me switch from Navient to a better loan servicing company. My payments were reduced from over $800 per month to less than $100 per month (earnings based payment) for a 120 payments total. They were timely, responsible, and reasonably priced. I can not recommend them too highly.

I've suffered under the burden of how to pay off my student loans for years. I received an email offering loan servicing to our employees. Curious, I thought I would just ask a few questions to see. I spoke with Nancy Hoang who explained their services and with its simplicity and pricing, I was onboard. There is a fee which is affordable and they offer payment options. In my personal circumstance, I now have $0. payments for 10 years. I recommend calling in and asking questions to see if this is a service you can use. Nancy Hoang was informative and efficient and wonderfully empathetic.
